Abstract submission instructions

In relation to its theme, the conference invites participants to

  • present a paper or a case (20 min. presentation + 10 min. questions/discussion)
  • organize a symposium (90 min.)

Presentations should be made in one of the Nordic languages or in English.

Note that the abstract is to be written in the language of the presentation.

Abstract body text is limited to 1,500 characters including spaces.

The abstract needs to include the following:

  • the name and affiliation of the presenter
  • the title of the presentation
  • aim, material, method and (preliminary) results.

Instructions for organizing a symposium

A symposium consists of several presentations around the same theme during a 90-minute session. It needs to include a brief introduction and also opportunities for discussion.

The symposium organizer is responsible for inviting the presenters and submitting the proposal as well as all abstracts within the symposium.

The symposium proposal must include:

  • name and affiliation of the organizer,
  • the title of the symposium,
  • a description of the theme of the symposium not extending 1,000 characters including spaces.

Each abstract body text within the symposium is limited to 1,500 characters including spaces.

For each abstract the following should be included:

  • the name and affiliation of the presenter
  • the title of the presentation
  • aim, material, method and (preliminary) results.
